Throughout his life, he realized not everyone shared his belief system, but everyone shared the emotions he went through. Realizing it was not hard for him to express these feelings through poems, he wrote these down for others to view. This is a compilation of his years of work. Not knowing how to express feelings can be very frustrating. Hopefully, these works will help people to better understand the complex nature that makes up the human being. In reading about topics through poetry, I'm hoping that other people can too investigate the complex nature of the human soul.

About the Author
Martin Kirsten is a man who loves the water, golf and helping the people around him. He was born in California but now resides in the Poconos with his girlfriend, two stepsons and his two daughters. He is returning to school to get a degree in respiratory therapy and hopes to use his thiry-five plus years of poetry to fund his education. He spends a lot of his time bowling and making the people around him laugh while at night he writes the very poems you are reading!
